Why we built IDEA.
Most agencies separate the people who think from the people who build. The strategist hands off to the designer who hands off to the developer. Every handoff loses something.
IDEA. exists because we think that separation is the problem. The idea, the design and the code should come from people who are talking to each other — and ideally from people who do more than one of those things.
We are small by choice. Every client works directly with the people doing the work.
